Create a free CaptionOS account (no card needed), upload your Reel and it is transcribed word by word in Hinglish, Hindi, Urdu or English. Pick a caption style, fix any word and export the MP4. The Free plan includes 2 minutes of transcription a month and exports up to 2 minutes long at 1080p with a small watermark.

Step by step

Create a free account. No card is needed.
Tap New project (the + button) and choose your Reel.
Keep the language on Hinglish, or choose हिन्दी, اردو or English. Every word comes back with its own timing.
Pick one of 17 caption styles and fix any word in the transcript.
Tap Export, render the MP4 and post it to Instagram.

Making free minutes go further

Trim the video to the part you will post before uploading: transcription counts the length of the audio.
Choose the right language first. Switching language transcribes the video again and uses minutes again.
Fix a wrong word by editing it in the transcript instead of transcribing again.

When a paid plan makes sense

If you post often, or want videos without the watermark, Weekly costs ₹49 a week: 10 minutes of transcription a week, no watermark, exports up to 5 minutes long, and SRT and VTT downloads. Monthly and yearly plans add more minutes. See pricing.
